This resource compliments our online Reaction Timer experiment and works best if pupils have discovered their average reaction time.
Pupils can investigate the relationships between speed, reaction time and stopping distance of a moving car with this Flash-based resource.
The driver's reaction time can be altered to match the pupils whilst travelling at a variety of speeds.
