The Microsoft Internet Explorer popup blocker can interfer with the download of files from this site. If you are requesting a file but the download is not starting,
Look for the Microsoft Internet Explorer Information Bar (see Figure 1) at the top of your browser window.

Click on the Information Bar and then click Temporarily allow Pop-ups in the menu (see Figure 2) to allow pop-ups for the current session. Alternatively, click on Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site... to perminantly allow pop-ups on this website.

Alternate Method
You may not be using Microsoft Internet Explorer and you may not see the Information Bar or its menu. In most browsers you will see something similar to the Information Bar which, when clicked, enables you to allow pop-ups for this site. If you do not see anything that resembles the Information Bar depicted above, please contact your school support technician.
